We study the terms of the call, assess how well it fits your company profile and evaluate the technical and financial feasibility of the project.
We draft the full technical proposal, prepare the financial documentation and handle every online form within the set deadlines.
We support you during the public body's evaluation, manage the awards, respond to requests for information and defend amendments where necessary.
We work alongside you during delivery to make sure the requirements are met and to manage any justified deviations.
We prepare the justification reports, gather the technical and financial evidence and manage the external audits so that you receive the final payment.

We manage grants at every level: regional (ACCIÓ, ICEX), national (CDTI, ENISA, Kit Digital), European (Horizon Europe, Next Gen EU) and sector-specific. The most common are CDTI grants for R&D projects, ENISA loans for startups, Kit Digital for SME digitalisation and Next Generation funds for the green and digital transition.

The timeline varies by programme: CDTI grants are usually resolved in 3–6 months, Kit Digital in 1–3 months, and European programmes such as Horizon Europe can take 6–12 months. We handle the entire process to minimise the effort for your team and maximise the chances of success.
Our success rate is 91% on the applications we handle. That figure comes from our feasibility review beforehand: we only file applications when we believe the company and the project meet the requirements of the programme. We have managed more than 400 projects over more than 30 years of experience.
Yes, they are compatible. The grant is subtracted from the tax deduction base, but the remaining expenditure is still deductible. In fact, a combined strategy of grant plus tax deduction can cover between 50% and 80% of the total cost of an innovation project.
Yes. There are specific programmes for the self-employed and micro-businesses, such as Kit Digital (up to €3,000 for companies with 0 to 2 employees), the ENISA lines for entrepreneurs, or the grants awarded by the Generalitat through ACCIÓ.
