The initial assessment takes 2–4 weeks. Rolling out an ERP or management system can take 3 to 9 months depending on complexity. A full digital transformation project, from the assessment through to measuring the results of the first phase, usually runs between 6 and 12 months. We work to monthly milestones so you see progress from the first month.
