Who can apply for digitalisation grants?
Digitalisation grants are aimed at SMEs and the self-employed who want to roll out digital tools or take strategic advice.

How we manage your digitalisation grant
Eligibility check
We confirm that your company meets the programme requirements (size, trading history, tax and Social Security clearance) and work out your segment and the value of the digital voucher available.
Voucher application
We file the application on the Acelera Pyme platform with all the paperwork required: clearance certificates, forms and the declaration of compliance.
Service delivery
Once the voucher is awarded, we deliver the digitalisation or advisory service under the approved category. Tecnocim is an accredited digitalisation provider.

Kit Digital is a Spanish government support programme, funded by Next Generation EU, that gives digital vouchers to SMEs and the self-employed to roll out digital tools. Kit Consulting is a companion programme to Kit Digital that funds strategic digital advice for SMEs with 10 to 249 employees, with vouchers of up to €24,000. Kit Digital pays for tools and software (website, ERP, e-invoicing), whereas Kit Consulting pays for consulting: a digital maturity review, AI strategy, cybersecurity, change management and a digital transformation plan. The two programmes are compatible and can be applied for at the same time.

An SME with 10 to 49 employees can apply at the same time for a Kit Digital voucher of up to €12,000 for tools and a Kit Consulting voucher of up to €24,000 for advice, adding up to €36,000 in digitalisation support. Tecnocim manages both applications together to maximise the funding available.
The average decision time is 4 to 6 weeks from the date the complete application is filed on the Acelera Pyme platform. Calls open by size segment and are decided in the order applications are received. Tecnocim prepares and files the application immediately to improve your chances of approval. Once awarded, the service has to be delivered within 12 months.
Yes. Tecnocim is listed as a digitalisation provider in the Red.es catalogue for Kit Digital and as an accredited digital adviser for Kit Consulting. That means you can use your digital voucher directly with us, with no need to look for another supplier. We handle the whole process: applying for the voucher, delivering the service and filing the final justification.
Companies with 50 to 249 employees can apply for Kit Consulting (up to €24,000 of digital advice) but not for Kit Digital under the standard calls. Other funding lines are still open to them: ACCIÓ vouchers for Catalan companies, specific Next Generation EU funds and sector schemes. Tecnocim reviews every compatible funding option and proposes the best combination for your company.
