A CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system lets your company centralise client management, automate commercial follow-up and take decisions based on real data. For an SME, the difference between spreadsheets and a professional CRM is the difference between losing opportunities and closing sales.

The good news: the Kit Digital scheme can cover up to 100% of the cost of rolling out a CRM in your company, with vouchers of up to €12,000 depending on your headcount. For companies operating in Spain, there is no longer a financial excuse not to make the jump.

What is a CRM and why does your SME need one?

How to fund your CRM with Kit Digital

Kit Digital is a grant programme run by the Spanish government that issues digital vouchers so that SMEs and self-employed workers in Spain can adopt technology solutions. The customer management category covers the rollout of a CRM directly.

Amounts by segment

SegmentSizeMaximum voucher
Segment I10–49 employees€12,000
Segment II3–9 employees€6,000
Segment III0–2 employees€3,000

The grant covers 100% of the cost of the solution contracted with an accredited digitalisation agent. In other words, the SME does not have to put in any money of its own.

Steps to apply

  1. Register at acelerapyme.gob.es and complete the digital maturity test
  2. Apply for the digital voucher that matches your segment
  3. Choose an accredited digitalisation agent that offers the CRM solution
  4. Formalise the agreement and start the rollout

The programme runs until the funds are exhausted, with no rigid deadline. Funds that are not drawn down are reinvested directly into the programme.
