Initial assessment

Tailored strategic plan
We design an action plan with priorities, deadlines, owners and KPIs. It includes a map of the public funding available to cover part of the cost of delivery.
Supported delivery
We stay with you through the rollout: we coordinate suppliers, train the team and manage the public grants. Monthly review meetings with progress indicators.

The cost depends on the scope of the project. An initial assessment is affordable and can be part-funded with Kit Consulting (up to €24,000 for SMEs with 10 to 249 employees) or ACCIÓ vouchers (up to €8,000 for Catalan SMEs). A 12-month full programme is quoted against your specific needs. In every case we give you a fixed quote before we start.
Kit Consulting is a Spanish government programme that offers digital advisory vouchers of up to €24,000 for SMEs with 10 to 249 employees. It covers services such as digital maturity assessment, AI strategy, cybersecurity and change management. Tecnocim is accredited as a digital adviser and handles the whole Kit Consulting application, from processing the voucher to delivering the consulting service.

We adapt the method to the sector and to how mature each company is.
An initial assessment takes 2-3 weeks. A one-off project (digital plan, innovation audit, management of a single grant) lasts between 1 and 3 months. A full programme is structured in cycles of 6 to 12 months with monthly review meetings. In every case we define interim milestones so you see progress from the first month.
